Note: b.s. means bow stance, h.s. means horse stance, #16 and up- always right side first and repeat on left side.
16. Punch (h.s.), punch (b.s.), punch (b.s.), block down, step up, repeat.
17. Punch (b.s.), half-step, punch, step out (b.s.), punch, step up, repeat.
18. Punch (b.s.), twist, cut, twist (foot), sweep, kick, repeat.
19. Punch (h.s.), block up, hit kick (front foot, back hand), hit kick (back foot, front hand), repeat.
20. Punch (b.s.), back hit (right), back hit (left), block kick (left hand), repeat.


SPARRING TECHNIQUES
11. Block (front hand), hit (back hand).
12. Block (front hand), hit (back hand), step, block up (front hand), hit (back hand).
13. Hit 3 times (back hand starts), block, kick (back foot).
14. Side kick (front foot), front kick (same leg), block, hit 3 times, step.
15. Crescent kick 360 (back leg), heel kick, block (front hand), #13.
